Welcome Members,

As you drive along Mills Avenue it's hard to miss the Moranbah Community Workers Club, with all the building materials and work being undertaken. Ashley Dowd the newly appointed General Manager of the Club is happy to announce, renovations are almost complete and would like to thank all the loyal patrons for their support during this phase in the Clubs history. With all the drills hammers dust and heat the conditions have been trying but all our patrons can see the Community Workers Club will cater to everyone in our community.

Stages three and four being the construction and facelift to the Public Bar including brand new TAB area toilets, new outdoor smoking and bar facilities are in the final phases and only a matter of days before being operational. The brand new state of the art air conditioning units will also be kindly welcomed and fully operation in the next week, allowing all patrons and staff to enjoy this new facility out of the North Queensland heat. In perfect timing for the Christmas break.

Looking forward to the New Year the club has many exciting promotions for all of its members to enjoy in a relaxed club environment. Plans for the New Year include our Grand Opening, New Raffles, Badge draws and fox sports for all the sports fans.

So if you have not been down to the club during this busy time please don't forget we have a brand new Club that offers CBD Coffee Club, Mini Minors indoor/Outdoor plays areas, New alfresco dinning area with fantastic dining options for everyone and a state of the art Gaming and Tab area.

So with Christmas approaching fast The Board Management and staff would again like to thank all their loyal members for their support over the last twelve months and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and New Year period and please make it a safe one.
